Technical Generation

Third generation technology

The core of the third-generation technology is to develop the technology to meet the requirements of large-scale production of high-end materials and the preparation of various high-end products. Specific indicators include:
 

(1) Increase equipment specifications: based on the already developed 200kg, increase to over 500kg within three years;

(2) To add various technical functions for preparing different types of high-end products: directional crystallization, ultrapure, powder, tube target, amorphous, single crystal, etc;

(3) Improve the product quality and production efficiency

(4) Modular and standardized design of equipment structure, also driving technology and control technology to achieve automation, digitization, and intelligent mode.

(5) Some progress has been made in third-generation technology, such as increasing device specifications, adding device functionality, as well as standardization and digitization.
